Returns & Refund Policy

At ChicWall, we aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their wall art purchase. If you're not completely happy, eligible physical items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

  • Be unused and in their original condition

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and hardware

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

  • Not be customized beyond the standard options listed on the product page

How to Initiate a Return

Before sending any item back, you must contact us at contact@chicwall.shop to receive approval. Once your request is accepted, we will provide:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Detailed packing instructions

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive:

  • Damaged items (frame, print, or packaging)

  • Incorrect size, design, or color

  • Missing components or mounting hardware

We will review the issue and arrange a suitable solution.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products (including those with added text or images)

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling

Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return process for the original product and place a new order separately. Once your return is approved, any eligible credit can be applied toward your new purchase.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3–5 business days), we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that additional processing time (3–10 business days) may be required by your bank or payment provider.
